Who we are
This website is run by Justin Woodford, PLATF9RM, Hove Town Hall, Church Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 2AF. We are responsible for any personal information collected through it. You can contact us about this policy on 07544 497159.
Enquiries
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, telephone number and your message.
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to provide our services. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than 12 months unless you become a customer. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Hosting and security
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which delivers the site and protects it from abuse. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details on our behalf. When you send a message, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person rather than an automated program, and Resend delivers it to us by email.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the website and which pages they view. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not identify you personally.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising, and it does not set cookies when you browse it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your information
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your information
To make a request, call us on 07544 497159. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
